When importing assessments using the bulk import tool, there are a number of errors that may occur. The errors, their cause, and how to resolve them are listed below:
Error: Duplicate record has been detected.
Cause: A Client cannot have 2 Pre-Session or Post-Session records for the same contract.
Solution: Update the import file, you may need to change the Assessment phase or remove the record.
Error: <Field Name> cannot be blank
Cause: A Mandatory field is blank e.g. Assessment Date
Solution: Update the import file, enter data in the required field.
Blank Header Rows
Error: The uploaded file cannot be displayed as it has blank header rows.
Cause: There is a blank cell in the header row of the file
Solution: Update the import file, entering the correct Header record or deleting the column.
Incorrect Dates – Engagement
Error: Engagement End must be after Engagement Start.
Cause: The Engagement End date is earlier than the Engagement Start date. This may also occur if the date format is incorrect.
Solution: Update the import file, checking that the Engagement End date is later than the Engagement Start date and all dates are in the following format:
Incorrect Dates – Assessment
Error: Assessment Date must be between <date> and <date>
Cause: The Assessment date is not within the valid dates of the template. All templates have a start and end date. Assessments are not accepted outside of these dates. This may also occur if the date format is incorrect.
Solution: Update the import file, checking that the Assessment date is within the template dates and all dates are in the following format:
