Clients are created for an agency to allow the capture of demographics and individual assessments.
Instructions
Step 1. Log into your Community CI system.
The welcome page will be displayed.
Step 2. Click on the Clients link.
The Clients list will be displayed
Search by Name
Step 1. Click Reset to remove any previous search criteria.
Step 2. Enter a name into the Search Clients… field.
Step 3. Click Go
Tip: Entering a partial first name will return more results.
Search by Post Code
Step 1. Click Reset to remove any previous search criteria.
Step 2. Enter a postcode into the Search Clients… field.
Step 3. Click Go
Tip: You must enter the entire postcode to retrieve results
Search by Status
Step 1. Click Reset to remove any previous search criteria.
Step 2. Click the Status dropdown and select the required status (Only Active or Only Inactive)
Step 3. Click Go
Combined Search
All search options can be combined to perform a search
Step 1. Click Reset to remove any previous search criteria.
Step 2. Enter the required search criteria
Step 3. Click Go
